Call for Tutorials

The Organizing Committee of the 38th IEEE International Conference on Microelectronics (ICM 2026) invites tutorial proposals for the conference, to be held in Hilton Kuching, Malaysia from December 7th to 10th, 2026. These tutorials are intended to enhance the regular program by addressing emerging topics of significant interest to the ICM community.

Submission Guidelines for Tutorials:

Prospective tutorial authors are requested to submit their proposals to ([email protected]), including the following details:

• Tutorial title
• A 300-word abstract for inclusion on the conference webpage and in registration materials
• A comprehensive description of the tutorial (up to 2 pages) for evaluation purposes
• Up to 5 relevant keywords
• Identification of the target audience and prerequisites, if any
• Presenter(s) information, including short biographies and contact details

The assessment of tutorial proposals will consider various factors, including the timeliness of the topic, the quality and track record of the proposers and authors, and the anticipated contribution to the conference's technical program. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by October 12, 2026.
