Author Registration

  1. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by an author registered at the full (non-student) rate to be included in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
  2. At least one author per paper must complete a full (non-student) registration by October 15, 2026. Without registration, the paper will not be included in the proceedings or IEEE Xplore.
  3. If a registered author does not present at the conference, the paper will be included in the conference proceedings but not in IEEE Xplore.
  4. If two or more papers share the same presenter, the first paper requires a full (non-student) registration, and the second paper is eligible for a 50% discount.
    1. For more than two accepted papers, one additional full (non-student) registration is required for every two papers.
  5. Authors who are unable to attend the conference in person must obtain prior approval from both the Finance Chair and the Program Chair to register and present their paper online. Requests must be submitted in writing with a brief justification.
    1. Failure to register or to complete the approved online presentation as scheduled may result in removal of the paper from the conference proceedings and/or IEEE Xplore.

All rates listed below are in US Dollars (USD). So, the charge will be in USD.

* Authors of accepted papers who will present at the conference but have financial difficulties, as they are from low-income countries, can submit a request for financial support, which is up to a 50% reduction in the Author Registration Fees. Further information will be provided in the paper acceptance notification.
