IEEE ICM 2026 Student Travel Grant Announcement

The ICM 2026 committee is offering Student Travel Grants ($200 – $700 USD) to assist student authors presenting their research.

📅 Important Dates

IEEE Member Must be an active member.
Accepted Paper Must have an accepted paper at ICM 2026.
Student Status Undergraduate or graduate student.
Presentation Must present the paper at the conference.
Recommendation Must provide a recommendation letter from an advisor, chair, or senior colleague.

Grant Value: $200 – $700 USD per grant (up to 10 awards anticipated; final amount depends on total eligible applicants).

Coverage

Travel-related expenses only (registration fees are excluded).

Policy & Review

Self-nominations allowed. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications will be evaluated by the ICM Conference Committee.
